Every neighborhood has a need that can be easy to miss. Civic Boost gives that need a clearer public shape. A resident starts with one place: a title, neighborhood, and a few grounded words. The draft stays private on this device until they choose to publish. After sign-in, the priority can live on the community board, where each signed-in person can add one support signal. Then Civic Boost points to an honest next route: Houston three one one, the Capital Improvement Plan, neighborhood plans, or public-facilities context. The status labels show workflow, not City approval, funding, or a delivery promise. That boundary matters. The challenge still asks who will respond, how support should sit beside need and equity, and how any future funding would be administered.
